Thin walls create a symphony of sounds. you might catch every chat from neighbors or the hustle of vacuuming. Plus, only one elevator working during my stay was a hassle, and the small lobby gives a cramped first impression. The tiny corridors could use some work, and they definitely need to rethink those worn carpets to improve the overall feel.

The kitchen came well-stocked. a welcome basket with milk, tea, and Nespresso pods appeared daily. The location is unbeatable, right in South Kensington with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The tube station is nearly across the street. there were a few drawbacks. Customer service could improve. while some staff were helpful, not everyone was accommodating regarding the mix-up. I also found the furniture in the apartment somewhat outdated, which detracted from the luxury feel. Maintenance also needs attention, especially regarding lift access – only one was operational.

It was just a fitting option for a speedy visit in London with outstanding value for money. The concierge was very helpful during my stay. Make sure to check the room location for less noise from the nearby tube.

Had a lovely 14 nights! The staff were super friendly. The room was comfy and clean, perfect for a couple. We enjoyed a nice breakfast at a nearby café. Just a bit noisy at night from the club scene, which made it hard to sleep. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
